We are looking for 20 kids to take over the kitchen, break up into 5 teams of 4 to create the best taco truck offering. Our chef will work with the teams on safety and logistics, but the kids will be running the show.
Create the best taco truck offering using the ingredients provided, with the tools in our competition kitchen and your knowledge, teamwork and execution.
THE RULES
Each team will be provided the following protiens: Chicken, Tilapia, Tofu
Tortillas - street taco size or bag of masa will be provided
Beans/Rice - Pinto, Black, Mayacoba along with long grain rice.
Spices and Herbs - Salt, pepper, achiote, cumin, oregano, lots of dried roasted peppers, chicken boullion,
