AN ITK ORIGINAL CLASS
A Romantic Meal For 2
This evenings class will focus on creating a romatic meal for two.
Arancini – This classic Italian dish is very simple, but full of flavors and textures. Risotta and cheese are combined together then quickly deep fried for a crunchy texture.
Oysters on the Half Shell – If you have not opened an oyster, we will teach you how. Served with a Champange Vinegar Minonette.
Tossed Greens with Roasted Pears and Balsamic Reduction
Poached Salmon with Hollendaise – A lighter protien that is cooked in a flavored poaching stock. The herbs and fresh ingredients add so much flavor and this method enhances this flavor and tenderness of the Salmon.
Chocolate Lava Cakes with Raspberry Coulis – The dessert with the oozing center when you cut into it leaves the meal with the sensual textures and magnificent flavors of dark chocolate. A perfect end to this class.

What To Expect
In this class we will be going over the preparation and cooking of the food from the menu above.
There is a very low skill level needed to complete the tasks and we will mainly be focusing on fun and enjoyment in the kitchen!
